How can I deactivate my Debit Card?

Can’t find your Card or know you won’t be using it for a while? You can deactivate your Debit Card online or by using the Capital One mobile app. Here’s what to do:

Capitalone360.com:

  1. Sign in to capitalone360.com (or our mobile app) with your Customer Number or Saver ID (Username) .
  2. Click on the 360 Checking account your Card matches up with.
  3. Go to the ‘Debit Card’ tab, click on the link to “temporarily deactivate it” and follow the steps.

Capital One Mobile App:

  1. Sign in to the mobile app with your Customer Number or Saver ID (Username).
  2. Click on the 360 Checking account your Card matches up with.
  3. Click the ‘Transactions’ drop-down menu, select ‘Debit Card’ and click the ‘Temporarily Deactivate’ button.
