When will I receive my Card PIN?

You will receive your Card PIN 2-3 business days after your Card arrives. You can change your Card PIN to a number of your choice after you activate your Card.

How can I change my Card PIN?

Once your Card is activated, call 1-800-747-8157 and select option 2 to change your Card PIN.


Is my Card PIN the same as the Sign In PIN I use to access my account?

No. They’re separate. Your Card PIN is for ATM withdrawals and PIN-based debit card transactions. Your Sign In PIN is used for verification when you access your account(s) online or over the phone.

I misplaced my Card PIN – how can I get another one?

You can order a new Card PIN online:

  1. Sign in to with your Username (Saver ID)/Customer Number and PIN
  2. Click on your 360 Checking
  3. Select the 'Debit Card' tab
  4. Click the ‘New Card PIN’ button in the ‘Card PIN’ section

It generally takes about 3-5 business days to arrive via mail.
