To avoid fees or confusion, make sure you cancel your original mortgage payment. Your lender may continue to pull the original payment for one or two billing periods, so be mindful of the timing.

I need to send a payment to Company XYZ and they are saying 'Please include your payment stub with your payment to ensure proper processing.' How do I make the payment using 360 Checking?

In reality, many companies request the stub for their benefit; they don't truly need it. What they do need is for you to include your account number and any other identifiers with your payment. If you're unsure what to include, just contact the Biller and find out what they really need to be included with the payment for it to be applied correctly. Keep in mind that some Billers may use a separate address for stub payments and non-stub payments.

Here are three options to choose from:

  1. Use Bill Pay. Add Company XYZ to Bill Pay. They may even offer eBills - look for the eBill icon in the Bill Pay Center.
  2. Go to the company’s website and look for an option to pay using your 360 Checking Card.
  3. Provide our bank routing number and your 360 Checking Account Number, and ask them to pull the money directly. You can even set up recurring payments this way. If they don't have a payment-friendly website, try giving them a call.
