What if I forgot my Customer Number?

If you’ve forgotten or lost your Customer Number, use our Online Customer Number Retrieval Tool:

1. Go to capitalone360.com and click 'My Accounts' at the top of the page.
2. Click on the ‘Forgot your Customer Number?’ link underneath the Customer Number field.
3. Answer the security questions.
4. If you answered the questions correctly, you’ll be automatically taken to the sign in process with your Customer Number pre-filled.

What is the difference between a Customer Number and Account Number?

Your Customer Number is a unique number that identifies you as a Capital One 360 Customer and is used to access your account. You can only have one Customer Number and joint holders do not share Customer Numbers.

You can find your Customer Number 24/7:

• On the first page of your Capital One 360 statement.
• In the top right corner of the ‘My Info’ tab after signing in to capitalone360.com.
• Using the Online Customer Number Help tool: Go to capitalone360.com, click ‘My Accounts' at the top of the page and then the ‘Forgot your Customer Number?’ link.
• Calling our Interactive Phone Service at 1-888-464-7868.

Your Account Number identifies each Capital One 360 account you may have and is often used to set up transactions like Direct Deposit, paying bills or making purchases. You can have more than one Account Number.

You can find your Account Number:

• On your Capital One 360 statement under ‘Your Savings Summary’.
• In the third column of your account(s) summary on the ‘My Accounts’ tab after signing into capitalone360.com.
