If you're new to Capital One 360, just click on 'Products' at the top of the page, choose 'CDs' and follow the easy instructions to open online.
If you open your account online, you’ll immediately receive your Customer Number and Account Number on the final page of the account opening process and be able to view your account online. Once activated, you’ll use your PIN with your Customer Number or Saver ID to sign in to the website and access your account information.
