360 Checking Card

What should I do if the merchant information for my debit card transactions is incorrect?

If you recognize a purchase but the name or some of the merchant details are incorrect please report this information on the website.

To report incorrect merchant information:

1. Click on the transaction that has incorrect information
2. Click on the “Info not right? Report it.” link
3. Select the information that is incorrect and leave any necessary additional comments
4.  If the name is incorrect, we’ll switch the transaction back to the original details so you won’t see the wrong name.

Note: Once you switch the name back to the original details it cannot be reverted back to the clean name

If the charge that posted to your 360 Checking is unauthorized and you didn’t make the purchase, use our online dispute process.
